Quiche
Quiche - the open pie with a basis from shortcake dough and a filling from eggs, cream and cheese. Depending on desire, fillings can vary from light vegetable, fruit, fish or from a mixture of greens up to nourishing meat or mushroom. Quiche is served on a table hot or cold, with green salad and wine.
