Die Akademie Deutsches Bäckerhandwerk in Weinheim – German Academy of Baking Skill in Weinheim – the central educational institution for baking branch of Germany. It belongs to association of the baking enterprises of Germany into which about 12 thousand bakeries enter is a public organization.
Groups of experts of the different countries of the world have already improved the skill in Weinheim, during 5 or 10-day's rates on German baking art, it is possible to get or deepen the professional knowledge and skills. Numerous products of assortment of baking and confectionery manufacture enter into the amount of rates and seminars, as for example: a wheaten batch, breads on ferments, whole-grain breads, multi-grain breads, rolls, pretzels, open pies, strudels, a barmy puff batch, shtolen and many others.
Valentine Ivanovna Gomankova the head of laboratory has already visited such courses of improvement of qualification.
