About the Company

The company “Karaway” has been in business since 1949, but it still remains the leader in bread production in Irkutsk region. It has been working up new markets in Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Buryatia, Chita region, and Mongolia. Five bakery plants in Angarsk, Shelekhov, Ulan-Ude, and Krasnoyarsk produce high quality products.

Joint-stock company “Karaway” successfully adopts experience of leading Russian and European bread-making plants. As a result, up-to-date equipment and progressive production techniques are being used at the factories. Also, all the workers regularly upgrade their professional skills.  

Skilled specialists exercise quality monitoring of ingredients and finished products at the modern laboratories at the plants. Technologists are continually working on creating new bread recipes and perfecting traditional ones.
